- Depending on amount of investment, equity either as direct participation as shareholder in the SPV company owning a specific property or by providing a participation loan to the R&S Invest GmbH
- Invested capital provided to the SPV company in form of shareholder loans and/or equity
- Repayment of equity and profit participation by means of dividend pay-outs and interest payments on provided loans after the sale of individual units and repayment of debt capital
For security orientated Investors who are looking for long term Investments in portfolio properties with high occupancy rates, inflation secured indexed income and value enhancement. Investments primarily in residential, office or commercial properties. Investment period is more than 5 years.
